With over 35 years of experience, Lynn has contributed to the success of world-renowned hospitality and destination brands, including Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau, Palace Resorts, Kiawah Island Golf Resort, Marriott, Hilton, Kimpton, Starwood, IMEX, SITE, AAA, and AVIS. She has also played a pivotal role in state, government, and nonprofit initiatives, working with organizations such as New Jersey Travel & Tourism, Cape May County, Southern Shore DMO, and Atlantic City.

Lynn is a sought-after industry expert, serving on multiple boards, including the International Tourism Resource Network and Mar y Cielo.
