The Benefits of Utilizing User-Generated Content for Tourism

But first, what is user-generated content? According to , it鈥檚 鈥渁ny content that is voluntarily created and shared by individuals, fans or consumers of a brand who are not associated with that brand.鈥

So how is UGC beneficial to tourism? Read on to find out.

Boost credibility with authenticity
It鈥檚 no secret that authenticity is key to effective marketing鈥攁nd utilizing UGC in tourism campaigns and social media is an easy way to achieve that and increase your brand鈥檚 credibility.
